Victor Agadzie

With over four years of combined experience in mining engineering education and research, Victor brings a unique blend of technical expertise and industry practice to the classroom. He has served as a Course Instructor in Mining Engineering and Software Training, as well as Principal Research Analyst in Mining Engineering, at the Festari Institute of Professional Studies (FIPS), where he trained professionals and conducted applied research within the mining sector. He currently works as a Mine Planning Engineer at Zijin Golden Ridge, where he applies his expertise to real-world mine planning and operations bringing practical, industry-relevant insight directly into his teaching.
