These measures may include restrictions around direct access to video files and other player-level deterrents.

4. Signed and Protected Playback

VikadLearn is a multi-instructor learning platform. Instructors retain ownership of the content they have the right to teach and upload to the platform.

VikadLearn provides the platform and technical safeguards to help protect that material while making it available to authorised learners.

Instructors are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions for the materials they upload.

8. Reporting Unauthorised Use

If you believe VikadLearn content has been copied, redistributed, uploaded elsewhere, or otherwise used without authorisation, please contact us at: hello@vikadlearn.com

Where appropriate, we may investigate reported infringements and take reasonable action to protect the affected content and its rights holders.
