Build, check and use the triangulated surfaces and 3D solids behind every mine model.
This course covers the two triangulation tools that almost every Surpac workflow depends on. In the first two days you build Digital Terrain Models (DTMs) of topography, pit surfaces and geological contacts, then use them for volumes, sections, contours and draping. In the last three days you move into 3D solids: preparing sectional strings, triangulating ore bodies, bifurcations and faults, validating and repairing solids, and intersecting them with DTMs and drill holes. You finish able to produce clean, validated surfaces and solids that block models, pit designs and underground designs can rely on.
